Health Education for 4th Grade Students

We produced an eLearning product using Articulate 360 Rise. This product was designed for a 4th grade health lesson in the state of North Carolina. This lesson is title “Healthy and Unhealthy Eating Patterns”. We used the standards from the North Carolina Public Schools Essential Standards to provide accurate information. This lesson begins with the statement of objectives. It then moves into the content part of the lesson. The content consisted of the benefits of good eating habits coupled with the negative aspects of poor eating habits. After that, the lesson ends with a couple of comprehension questions. These questions are designed to reflect on the lesson and to see what the students have comprehended from the content. This lesson was designed to be comprehended by 4th grade students and above and with the use of Articulate 360, we were able to make this lesson engaging and interactive. The lesson was built using the ASSURE model of instructional design.
