Time Management for Collegiate Student Athletes
ID Project: Overview: Welcome
OVERVIEW
TIME MANAGEMENT FOR STUDENT ATHLETES
The focus of this instructional unit is about the ways in which time management skills can help maximize efficiency in the lives of student athletes. Student athletes, especially at the collegiate level, have very time consuming schedules.
These schedules are often hard to navigate at the ages of 18-23 years old, and in many instances these students are managing their own schedules for the first time. To help such student athletes, this instructional unit about employing time management techniques will give students a set of tools to help better organize and manage their hectic schedules.
