Routines are the foundation for the creation of habits.
Having a consistent routine at similar times creates habits.
When good time manage habits are created it helps people organize their lives.
Routine elements in one’s life should include: times of meals, sleep, extracurricular activities, etc.
This is done with the use of organization.
One becomes organized by consistently being detail oriented.
Examples: Color coding each task (homework, practice, tests, games, social events, etc.)
